A Change in Breakfast

My daughter and my sister have convinced me that I need a breakfast with more protein and calories. I'm not sure why but I try to do what I'm told to by the women in my life.

So I have switched from my beloved oatmeal (which face it, gives me heartburn) to my own granola with some maple-sweetened plain yogurt (I put a tablespoon of maple syrup in my oatmeal, so I have stayed the same on added sweetener) my apple-blueberry sauce, a banana and/or defrosted berries. Today's includes defrosted mango. It's actually very delicious and satisfying.
